July 22nd 2005 Library Melodies
This afternoon, there was a live quartet playing on the first floor of the library. I was working down on lower level one, but I could still hear the melodious tunes. They were so peaceful. Coupled with the heat of the afternoon, I wanted nothing more than to drift off on the lounge’s couch, relaxing in the sound of the cello, violin, and viola. Of course, I only slept a grand total of about twenty-five hours so far this week, so maybe I just wanted to fall asleep no matter what.
(By the way, it’s 22/7—happy Pi Approximation Day!)
